You will not use the Service to: (a) violate laws or infringe intellectual property rights; (b) upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content; (c) interfere with or impair the Service; or (d) attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZUIBUN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zuibun, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to access the Service and Content cease. Certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.

To the extent permitted by law, you and Zuibun agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, and you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit. We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide notice (for example, via email or prominent notice on the Service). Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
